All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

At ancientFUTURES, we are a small cottage industry business, focussed on creating high quality, sustainable slow fashion.

While we do our best to keep most of our items in stock, some products are made to order.

Please allow 1-10 business days for shipping our 'in stock items' and an additional 7 days for 'made to order pieces.'

If you need your order sooner please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

AncientFUTURES ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

AncientFUTURES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

AncientFUTURES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please be careful when opening poly mailers to avoid cutting the garments beneath. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship internatinally, but please be aware it can take 1-4 months. So please be patient. We will only ship internationally if you have purchased tracking. If not we will refund your order.
